2. Customer service may require you to provide photos and/orvideos to verify that the return or exchange meets the conditions.
3. We only accept the following reasons for returns: damaged ordefective goods, or goods that were not ordered by you.
4. Thefollowing situations are not eligible for return or exchange, including but notlimited to: i. Products that are no longer in new condition or have been used.ii. Products that have been washed with water or cleaning agents. iii. Productsthat have been damaged, stained, or are incomplete due to human factors. iv.Color discrepancies between the product and the website photos. v. Any freegifts. vi. Products that have already been returned or exchanged once. vii.Returns due to change of mind. viii. Products obtained through redemption withshopping credits
5. Personalhygiene items (such as masks, PPE personal protective equipment), and allconsumable items (such as hand sanitizers) are not eligible for return orexchange
6. Gifts and redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash orother products.
7. Factors such as lighting during photography, mobile phone orcomputer display screens may cause color discrepancies in photos. The actualproduct color shall prevail.
8. If the same product is out of stock, you can exchange it fora product of equal or lower value than the original purchase price, or pay theprice difference for a higher value product. If you exchange for a product oflower value than the original, the balance will not be refunded. (The productvalue is based on the unit price on the day of the return or exchangeapplication).
Exchange Procedure
1. Contactour customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods (including Saturdays,Sundays, and public holidays) to request an exchange. Please provide the orderor receipt as proof. Once confirmed, return the goods to our office forexchange.
2. Theround-trip shipping fees for all returns and exchanges are the responsibilityof the customer.
3. Shippingfees are non-refundable.
4. Returnswithout providing order or receipt information as proof will not be accepted.
5. Uponreceiving your return, we will arrange the return or exchange process withinfive working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
6. Allreturns and exchanges will be shipped via SF Express with freight collect.
7. Anyunrequested or non-compliant items for return or exchange will not be processedand will be directly shipped back via SF Express with freight collect, withoutfurther notice. Customers will be responsible for any associated costs andrisks.
Refund Procedure
1. Customers must clearly understand the terms andconditions before placing an order. Once the order is confirmed, we do notaccept any private reasons for cancellation or refund. By placing an orderthrough our store for products/services, you accept and agree to be bound bythe purchase terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms andconditions without notice, and customers are responsible for reviewing theterms and conditions before placing an order.
2. Accepted refunds will be arranged within 14 working days.
3. Used shopping credits are non-refundable and cannot beconverted into cash.
4. Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days(excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after payment confirmation.Due to unpredictable transportation and delivery times, we do not acceptrefunds for delayed shipments that are still shipped within the 5 working days.
